Job card
This is the job card that will hang from your key. What you fill in here is waiting for the mechanic the next morning.

In the workshop
Three mechanics, four lifts, an alignment bay and two courtesy cars. Our diagnostic kit reads the fault codes of every common make, and parts usually arrive the same day.

Extra work only after you agree
- Drop-off
You hand the key in at the counter. We note the mileage and anything you have noticed.
- Check on the lift
The mechanic works through the job card and looks over the brakes, tyres, suspension and any leaks.
- Text with a photo
If we find something, you get the photo, the price and the extra time. You reply YES or NO.
- Collection
We text you when the car is ready. The old parts can go in the boot if you want them.
On the lift we sometimes see more than you came in for, such as a rusting brake pipe or a tyre with a cut in the sidewall. When that happens we stop and send you a text with a photo and a price. We only carry on once you say yes. If you say no, we put it on the invoice so you know what is coming later.

Manufacturer warranty
In the European Union you may have your car serviced by an independent garage while it is under warranty, provided the work follows the manufacturer's schedule. We stamp your service book, or update the digital one where the manufacturer gives us access.
Electric and hybrid
Brakes, tyres, air con, the 12-volt battery and routine servicing, yes. We do not work on the high-voltage system; for that we refer you to a main dealer.
Tyres and storage
In autumn and spring we swap summer and winter tyres. Your second set can stay with us: we wash the wheels, measure the tread and put them in the rack labelled with your plate.
