Refunds in four sentences

  1. With a prescription from your GP or a specialist, your health insurance fund (ziekenfonds, mutualité) pays back part of every session.

  2. In this example we are conventioned: we charge the fee set by RIZIV/INAMI, with no supplement.

  3. After the session we send the certificate to your fund electronically, so you have no paperwork to hand in.

  4. If you are entitled to the increased reimbursement, we use the third-party payment scheme and you pay only your own share.

For some conditions, on RIZIV/INAMI's lists of serious conditions (E, Fa and Fb), more sessions are refunded. We check this at the first session.
