Lien threw forty jugs in September. Nineteen are left, in speckled grey and in sand. They pour without dripping and go in the dishwasher.

A dining chair you can lift with one hand. The shell is seven-ply bent plywood, the solid legs are fixed to it with a steel plate. Not one screw shows.

The makers
Lien, ceramics, Lochristi
Lien throws the jugs and the plant pots, in an old greenhouse among the begonias. She fires once a week. What goes in your basket comes out of that kiln.
Ruben and Sara, joinery, Wortegem-Petegem
The stools, the chairs and the Oost table come from their workshop in an old barn. Some finishes are made only after you order, which is why they take longer.
The lamps
The Arne lamp is put together in Ghent, behind the shop. We pull the fabric cable through ourselves and test each lamp before it goes in its box. If something breaks years later, we repair it.
The shop
The shop is in Ghent, near Sint-Jacobs. Everything online is there too, with samples of the woods, linens and glazes. What you choose in the shop you can take home or have delivered.

Delivery and returns

- Wallonia
- Parcels: €9.90, free from €250, three working days. Furniture: €39, free from €600, four working days.
- Cut-off
- 3 pm on a working day. Weekends and Belgian public holidays do not count.
- Made to order
- 15 working days in the workshop, then the usual delivery time. You see it on the finish before you order.
- Returns
- 30 days, unused and boxed. Parcels with a free return label; we collect furniture for €39. Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal still applies.
- Guarantee
- Two years' legal guarantee on everything. Five years on furniture made by Ruben and Sara.
