You tell us what goes wrong with your network, the Wi-Fi or your email. If a visit is needed, we look at your network and the Wi-Fi at the desks on site.

A plan with the price on paper
You get a plan of what we will do, with the price in writing. Nothing starts until you agree.

We install and stay your contact
Whoever draws up the plan also installs it. If you have a question later, you call the same person.

FAQ
Does Fluxive replace our IT person?
Not necessarily. If someone already looks after your IT, we work with that person on the network, the Wi-Fi or security. If nobody does, we are your contact for what we install. What we do is written in the plan you get beforehand.
Can you follow our network remotely?
Yes. We can follow the network we install for you remotely and step in when something goes wrong. We agree on that beforehand, with the price in writing.
Does NIS2 apply to my business?
NIS2 is a European cybersecurity law, in force in Belgium since 18 October 2024. It applies to organisations in the sectors the law lists with at least 50 full-time staff, or more than €10 million in both turnover and balance sheet. Most small offices fall outside it. Companies that are covered must, among other things, train their staff in cybersecurity. A workshop helps with that, but does not on its own make you compliant. What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed prices, because it depends on your building and what you need. After the free online call we come on site if it's needed. Then you get a plan with the price in writing, before any work starts.
What if the Wi-Fi goes down outside office hours?
