Business Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi and network for your business
For offices, accountants, practices, shops and workshops: Wi-Fi that works at every desk and in the meeting room, with separate networks for staff, visitors and devices. We measure first, then install, and you get the price on paper before any work starts.
A free 30-minute online call with Aman. After that we come on site if a measurement is needed. The call is in English; in writing we also help you in Dutch and French.
Why Wi-Fi at work keeps dropping
In most offices we see the same few causes. None of them is fixed by a faster internet subscription.
One router for the whole building
The modem from the provider sits in one corner. Its signal fades through walls and floors, so the back office, the upstairs rooms or the meeting room get little or nothing.
Mesh points without a cable
A mesh point that is not connected by cable passes everything on over the same airwaves. The further it is from the router, the slower and less stable it gets.
The power turned all the way up
Full power makes the bars on a laptop look good, but laptops and phones then hold on to a distant access point instead of switching to the one next to them.
Everything on one network
The visitor's phone, the printer, the card terminal and the accounting PC share one network. A slow device or an infected one affects all the others.
What we do
We look at your building and how it is used, then change only what holds your business network back. What still works, we keep.
- We measure the signal and the speed at the desks, in the meeting room and at reception, before and after the work
- We place professional access points where the measurement shows they are needed, connected by a network cable where possible
- We set the channels and the power for your building instead of leaving the factory settings
- Staff, visitors and devices such as printers and card terminals each get their own network
- Visitors get a guest network with its own password or a welcome page, with no route to your files
- You get the layout in writing: what is where, which network is which, and the passwords
- If you want, we follow the network up remotely, keep it updated and step in when something goes wrong

You tell us where and when the Wi-Fi drops. We ask about the building, the number of people and the devices.
2
Measurement on site
If it is needed, we measure the Wi-Fi in every room you use and look at the cabling and the equipment you already have.
3
A plan with the price on paper
You get a plan with what we change and the price. Nothing starts without your agreement.
4
Installation and a second measurement
We install, measure again at the same places and show you the result. The person who made the plan also installs it.

Frequently asked questions
Is a better router enough, or do we need access points?
In one open room a good router can be enough. With several rooms, floors or thick walls, access points spread over the building and connected by cable give a stable signal everywhere. The measurement shows which of the two you need.
Can we keep our internet provider and its modem?
Yes. We build the network behind the modem of your provider, and your subscription stays as it is. We only replace equipment that really holds the network back, and we explain why before anything is ordered.
Is mesh Wi-Fi a good idea for an office?
Only when the mesh points can be connected by cable. Without a cable each point passes the traffic on over the air, so the points far from the router are slower. We use a cable wherever one can reach, and a wireless link only where it cannot.
Do we have to close while you work?
No. A small office is often done in a day; when new cables are needed it takes longer. We plan the noisy and disruptive work outside your busiest hours and switch over to the new network at a quiet moment.
Can visitors use our Wi-Fi safely?
Yes, on a guest network of their own. Their devices can reach the internet but not your computers, your printer or your card terminal.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed prices, because it depends on your building and on how many access points and cables you need. After the online call and, where needed, a measurement on site, you get the price on paper before any work starts.
